What happens after you reach out

2. Calls ring through to the contractor. Form requests are passed to them, and they call you back.
3. They ask about the rooms, the age of the house, whether the popcorn was painted and the finish you want, then set up a visit and give you a price.
4. From there you deal with the contractor directly.

Who does the work

The contractor is an independent local business. They're responsible for their own quote, pricing, insurance and any warranty. Ask about these before you agree to the work. If your ceiling needs asbestos testing or abatement, that may be done by a separately licensed firm; ask who will do it.

The contractor pays Popcorn Removal Orlando for the referral. That cost isn't a separate line on your bill.
